About VEV

VEV's initial focus was on R&D, sales, and service, as well as E-Conversions of two-wheeler category vehicles such as e-bicycles, e-scooters, and e-mopeds. By the spring of 2021, VEV had progressed to the R&D of 4-wheel mini electric cars for Ukrainian roads. With the collaboration of our Chinese partners, the prototype of the first Finished in Ukraine E-Car model VEV Lulida was ready and presented on the market by Autumn 2021 at an unbelievable price of 6200 USD. The VEV Lulida's mechanical aspect was done in PRC but the Electronics and Electrical aspect were completed in Kharkiv, Ukraine, hence making the VEV Lulida "Finished in Ukraine" and a fully road legal product. 

VILKON Ukraine received lots of publicity from the Ukrainian &  international media when the VEV Lulida was launched,  making it a national project of  high importance in Ukraine until, unfortunately, VEV & its other sister companies were destroyed (Forced to Defunct) by the Russian invasion of Ukraine since the city of Kharkiv was among the first to be attacked by invading forces.

Currently, VEV has been re-established in Greece (EU) in cooperation with Greek partner Mr.Gerogis Lomis as VILKON ELECTRIC VEHICLES GREECE L.P. (VEV GR L.P), making VEV the first company of Ukrainian origin to be established in Greece after the War in Ukraine and also making Mr.Sheykkh Lubnan the first Ukranian Reefugee to establish a Tech Startup in Greece.
